Early last November, I went on a trip to the Ilocos region with a few friends to attend an event. And while we were there, we took advantage of the time and went on tour.
I have been to Vigan many times as it is in our province. I’ve written a blog entry on it before, and I’m featuring it again now. It was my first time though to look at the place from a tourist’s point of view as my friends were touring the area. Oftentimes, I would ride with my relatives from our town to Vigan using their automobiles. This time, I went to Vigan with friends riding a rented tour van.
We walked along Calle Crisologo, spent some quiet time inside St. Paul’s Cathedral and went around Baluarte. My visit to Baluarte this time was more fun as I was able to stay in the different areas for a longe period of time. Based on the photos, you’d know it was my fave spot among all the tourist places we visited.
Here are my photos from my 2013 trip to Vigan.
